March 4, 2013

1. Call to Order: 7:05

2. Treasurer’s Report:  Pam Rowe

3. Fundraising:  Pizza fundraiser is every Monday this month at Food Stop.

4. Spring Production News

    *Concessions:  MJ Dedon--Volunteers needed for donations Thursday and Friday
    *Publicity: Sally Somes--press release will be ready by Thursday
    *T-Shirts:  Stacey--Still working on design and deadlines
    *Program:  Stacey and Audrey will continue to work on cast bios
    *Ticket prep:  Stacey is working on layout; tickets will be ready by next week
    *Advanced Ticket Sales: Mary C. George will sell M-F week of play during the day

*Dinner Theater tickets will be on sale starting this Wednesday 8pm.  For Dinner Theater ticket reservations, go to Greelydramaboosters.org.  160 tickets max will be sold for dinner theater.

*Saving Seats:  Please be reminded to not save seats out of courtesy for all who wait in line.  

    *Locker Decorating: Beth Baldacci (Wed, 3/22); will need a few more volunteers
    *Dinner Theater (3/23):  Veronica Routh

        Menu:  German Meal (Soft German Pretzels, Mother’s Mustard is donating mustard, tossed salads, roast pork loin with apple sage stuffing, red cabbage, green beans and roasted red potatoes, tea, coffee, raspberry iced tea, and the dessert buffet)

        Reminder:  Please donate desserts for the buffet.  Every family brings a dish such as pie or cake or something that can be sliced into single servings.  Please avoid desserts that need refrigeration.  

        Food Prep and Set up:  We have enough people working on prep.

        Servers:  Still need some servers.  Contact Veronica if willing.

        Clean-up:  Still need more volunteers for this job

        Waitstaff training: will be done by Veronica, and Celeste will assist so she can do this job next year. Will begin at 5:15.  Wear black bottoms and white tops.

        Strike: Need volunteers to take down set

        Table Decorations: Emily Pershing reports that the committee is all set.  Traditionally, the center pieces go to the seniors as gifts.

Timeline for Dinner Theater:

            Setup dining room @ 12 noon
            Food prep crew @ 1pm
            Food serving crew arrives @ 3:45
            Cast and crew eat @ 4
            Baked goods arrive by 4 at the latest
            Waitstaff training @ 5:15
            Doors open @ 6
            Dinner served @ 6:20
            Show starts after dessert
            Clean up after show

    5. Tech Rehearsal (Sat. 3/16) Tara will lead rehearsal, Emily will help out, too.
            Food requests will go out later to those who will be at tech rehearsal  
            Draft:  A-E water, F-N fruit or salad, O-Z Desserts
            Costumes, Sound, Lighting, Cast

    6. Cast Party (Sat. 3/23):  The Hills; Emily will get the pizza from Cumberland’s House of Pizza

    7. Audrey’s thoughts and requests:
        After some discussion, it was decided that t-shirts will continue to be covered by boosters
        Needed: Expired Passports
